Walkthrough
1. The lava bridge
A magma barrier blocks the bridge. It falls when both Obsidian Sentinels guarding the bridge are destroyed. The tracker shows how many guards are left.
2. The forge: steam valves
Walk up to the crystals on the forge pedestal: the tracker shows their colour order. Then open the Red, Blue and Green steam valves in that order. The order changes every run.
A wrong valve makes them all slam shut and scalding steam bursts from the vents: the vent tiles light up first, so step away.
3. The cooling hall
Fire jets sweep across the bridges: the tiles light up before each jet, so wait for the gap and cross. At the end, stand on both cooling plates together to quench the gate.
4. The caldera: Infernos
- Fireball: he hurls a fireball at one player; the small area where it lands lights up first.
- Lava Pools: molten rock spreads across the floor and stays for a while. Don't stand in the lava!
- Eruption: the floor cracks around every player. Look for the lit tiles and step off them.
- Cinder Imps: at 70% and 40% health he calls Cinder Imps.
- Molten Core: below 30% health rings of fire erupt around him.
- On Hard he throws two fireballs at once, eruptions are bigger and lava pools last longer.
Spread out a little so one eruption or fireball doesn't hit everyone, and fight him away from the lava pools.
