Walkthrough
1. The sanctuary seal
Walk up to the seal on the north wall: the tracker shows its four symbols. Click (or tap) each of the four rune stones to turn it until all four match the seal (Moon, Eye, Flame or Star). The seal changes every run. Careless turning can wake a Void Shade from the stone.
2. The Warding Crystal
Touch the Warding Crystal to awaken it. It slowly charges while Void Shades come for it: keep them away from the crystal until it is fully charged. If the shades break it, the crystal goes dark for a moment but keeps its charge: touch it again when it glows and carry on.
3. The glyph plates
Stand on both glyph plates at the end of the nave together to break the seal on Nyxara's chamber.
4. Nyxara, Queen of the Abyss
- Shadow Bolt: aimed at one player, its landing area lights up first.
- Umbral Nova: a ring of darkness lights up around her. On Normal, the tiles right next to her stay safe; on Hard, step at least four tiles away before it lands.
- Void Shades: she calls Void Shades to her side.
- Shadow Anchors: at 66% and 33% health she shields herself and cannot be hurt. Destroy her Shadow Anchors around the chamber to break the shield, quickly, because corrupted ground spreads while she is shielded.
- The Eclipse: at 10% health darkness fills the chamber. Only the light around the pillars is safe: run to a lit pillar!
- On Hard she has more anchors to destroy and her attacks come faster.
Split up when the shield goes up: each player takes an anchor. Remember where the pillars are before her health gets low.
