Aggressive monsters attack you as soon as they see you, so approach with full HP.
Dungeon monster
Obsidian Sentinel is only found inside Emberfall Caverns, a private party dungeon. Dungeon monsters drop nothing on the ground: everyone in the party gets their own rewards when the dungeon is cleared.
