How to earn Alduin Coins

Every monster you defeat has about a 10 % chance to drop 1 Alduin Coin. It is part of the regular drop roll, so a kill gives either the coin or one of the monster's own items, never both (see How drops work).

The coin appears on the ground like any drop and is reserved for you for 30 seconds, so pick it up before you move on.

The Alduin window

Open Alduin from the side menu (or the phone menu). It shows:

  • your Balance of Alduin Coins and the gold you have On hand;
  • Deposit and Withdraw options linked to a wallet address;
  • your Transaction History.

Deposit and withdrawal requests are checked by the Alduin team before they complete, and you can have one request waiting at a time. The window shows the current minimum and maximum amounts.

Optional

You never need Alduin Coins or a wallet to play. Everything in the game can be done with gold.

Trading

Alduin Coins are an item, so you can trade them with other players in a normal trade.
