    Ranger Tobin: A golden pup has been howling in the West Woodlands for two nights. Nobody knows where he came from.

    Ranger Tobin: The woods are no place for a little dog. Could you find him and bring him somewhere safe?

    Answers: “I'll rescue the pup.” · “Maybe later.”

    Find the lost pup in the West Woodlands

    What they say

    Ranger Tobin: The West Woodlands are just outside Aeven. Listen for the howling.

    Biscuit: *whimper* A golden pup hides under a bush. He is hungry and holds up a hurt paw.

    Gather supplies: 2 Small Bread

    What they say

    Biscuit: The pup looks at you with big hopeful eyes.

    Gather supplies: 2 Herbs

    • Have 2 × Herbs in your bag

    Biscuit: The pup sniffs the bread in your bag... and whines at his paw.

    Bring the supplies to the pup

    • Choose “Feed him and wrap his paw with the herbs.”

    Lead the pup to safety at Ranger Tobin's cottage

    2 × Small Bread are taken from your bag. 2 × Herbs are taken from your bag.

    Ranger Tobin: You found him! Biscuit, is that your name? Look at that tail go.

    You receive the Dog pet (Rare). You receive 400 experience. The quest is complete.

Tips

  • The West Woodlands are west of Aeven. Their Goats and Sheep are easy, so this quest is safe for new characters.
  • The reward is a Rare Dog with Loyal Bite, which bites the monsters you fight every 2.5 seconds. See Dog.
