   Santa Claus: Ho ho ho... oh dear. Oh dear, oh dear. Merry Christmas, friend - though it doesn't feel very merry tonight.

   Santa Claus: Every Christmas the Star sits on top of Aeven's great tree. Its light keeps every lamp and candle in town glowing.

   Santa Claus: Last night it vanished! The lights are already flickering, the snowmen have started throwing snowballs at people, and my elves are behaving VERY badly.

   Santa Claus: Will you help me find the Christmas Star?

   Look for clues at the great Christmas tree

   • Go to Aeven (46, 47)

   What they say

   Santa Claus: Start at the great tree in the middle of the square. Whoever took the Star must have left something behind.

   Tell Tinsel the Elf what you found

   • Talk to Tinsel the Elf

   What they say

   Tinsel the Elf: Footprints made of ICE? And wrapping paper from our presents? Jingle bells, this is worse than I thought!

   Tinsel the Elf: The naughty elves and those snowmen ran off with half of Santa's presents. They're all over town now.

   Recover 5 Stolen Presents

   • Have 5 × Stolen Present in your bag

   What they say

   Tinsel the Elf: Get the presents back first - Naughty Elves and Mischievous Snowmen carry them. Five should be enough to see what's going on.

   Bring the presents to Tinsel

   • Talk to Tinsel the Elf

   What they say

   Tinsel the Elf: You found them! Let me see... every single one has frost inside the wrapping. Someone cold-hearted sent them on this mischief.

   Collect 3 Magic Snowflakes

   • Have 3 × Magic Snowflake in your bag

   5 × Stolen Present are taken from your bag.

   What they say

   Tinsel the Elf: I'll take the presents back to Santa's sack. Now, the ice trail ends at this archway - and it is sealed with winter magic.

   Tinsel the Elf: Only Magic Snowflakes can open it. The Frost Spirits floating around here carry them. Bring me three!

   Bring the snowflakes to Tinsel

   Tinsel the Elf: Three Magic Snowflakes! Hold on to your hat...

   Pass the Frozen Archway and find the thief

   • Go to Frozen Hollow (12, 8)

   3 × Magic Snowflake are taken from your bag.

   What they say

   Tinsel the Elf: *whoosh* The veil is open! On the other side lies the Frozen Hollow. Find the thief - and be careful, it is colder than Santa's freezer in there!

   Defeat the Frost King

   • Defeat 1 × The Frost King

    Return the Christmas Star to Santa Claus

    • Talk to Santa Claus

    You receive 1 × Christmas Star.

    What they say

    Santa Claus: Is that... it IS! The Christmas Star! Look - the lamps are glowing again, all over town!

    Santa Claus: The Frost King only wanted its light for himself. Maybe this year he'll learn to share. Ho ho ho!

    Santa Claus: And somebody followed you home, I think... a little snowman who refuses to melt. He's yours now. Merry Christmas!

    Quest complete

    The Christmas Star is taken from your bag. You receive the Frosty pet (Event). You receive the event reward. You receive 1 × Elf Hat. You receive 1 × Starlit Christmas Tree. You receive the Christmas Starlight aura. The quest is complete.
