Party hats are colourful collectible hats for both female and male characters. They look great from every direction, standing still or on the move.

They are Unique cosmetic hats: they give no stats and have no level requirement.
How to get one
Party hats are not sold in any shop and no monster drops them. They are handed out by the Alduin team, for example as prizes at events and staff games. Because they are so rare, they are among the most sought-after collectibles; you can trade them with other players like any other item.
